由上海交通大學主辦的“第十屆親水膠體國際會議（The 10th International Hydrocolloids Conference）”，定于2010年6月20-24日在上海舉行。來自世界各地的專家學者和企業(yè)人士將共同研討親水膠體研究和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中關(guān)注的問題，熱誠歡迎流變學、高分子科學、食品科學、膠體化學等領(lǐng)域同行踴躍參加。
