Innovation at BASF:
Advanced Materials & Systems on Innovation Campus in Shanghai
BASF Research on Advanced Materials & Systems aims to contribute to meeting the needs of a growing world population – for example for clean water, sustainable energy production and efficient mobility. We create Chemistry for this purpose - using novel, functional materials and system solutions. In our interdisciplinary, integrated research system we develop organic and inorganic additives, new structural materials, functional materials, dispersions, composite materials and hybrid systems as well as the necessary production technologies.
The presentation will give an overview on the innovation activities of the BASF Innovation Campus in Shanghai and the Open Research activities planned with universities and institutes in Asia.
