PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature responsive valve easy to manufacture as a micro valve which can open/close or switch a flow path, is driven at a small temperature difference and is used for a micro fluid device, and to provide its manufacturing method. ; SOLUTION: The valve comprises the fine flow path, and a valve element arranged in the fine flow path for opening/closing the fine flow path, switching it or controlling its flow amount. The valve element is formed of a joint body consisting of a temperature responsive gel having a gel-solid transition temperature and a flexible member.
