不同拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的高分子微球具有不同的物理化學(xué)特性與功能。本文介紹了功能高分子微球的設(shè)計(jì)、制備、與表征;總結(jié)了高分子微球作為功能性組份與質(zhì)子傳導(dǎo)性聚合物膜進(jìn)行共混而制備了復(fù)合膜,作為質(zhì)子交換膜的應(yīng)用性能方面的研究進(jìn)展,解決了質(zhì)子交換膜的阻醇性能差和質(zhì)子傳遞率低的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。通過(guò)功能性高分子微球分散于質(zhì)子傳導(dǎo)性聚合物膜基質(zhì)中,使得復(fù)合膜不但具有高的甲醇阻透性能,而且在低濕度下具有良好的保水性能,從而在質(zhì)子傳遞性能方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。

Polymer microspheres with different morphology and structure have various physico-chemical properties and functions. The design, synthesis and characterization of the functional polymer microspheres is briefly introduced. This paper summarizes the research progress on design, synthesis, characterization and application of the functional polymer microspheres incorporated proton exchange membrane for fuel cell. The resultant composite proton exchange membranes exhibit high proton conductivity, good methanol barrier property due to their high uptake and good water retention under low humidity.
