Professor Yang Guang was invited to participate in International Top Scientists Wuhan Forum 2010
International Top Scientists Wuhan Forum 2010 was held at the Hubei University of technology between November 2-3, and the theme of this forum was "Development of hydrocolloids". More than 30 foreign experts from around the world as well as 70 representatives from national universities and industry field participated in this forum. There were 19 academic reports and the president was professor Green Phillips, the founder of hydrocolloids. This forum gathered dozens of world-class experts, is an unprecedented event of hydrocolloids field.
Professor Yang Guang was invited to give a lecture entitled “Nano-assembly and Functionalization of Bacteral Cellulose” in this forum.
