摘要: 本發明提供了一種氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯/生物質復合材料,包括:3wt%~57wt%的氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯;40wt%~94wt%的生物材料;2wt%~20wt%的松香或松香衍生物;0wt%~1wt%的抗氧劑;0wt%~5wt%的填充料;所有組份用量之和為100%。氯化聚丙撐碳酸酯為粘結劑,賦予復合材料熱縮性和流動性,還對復合材料的抗濕性起著重要作用。松香或松香衍生物為增粘劑和潤滑劑,還可以提高復合材料的抗濕性和力學性能。在上述組分的協同作用下,本發明獲得的復合材料力學性能和抗濕性能均較優。另外,復合材料中生物質材料比重大,成本較低;原料中不會用到甲醛、苯等,環保性較優。
Abstract:The present invention provides a chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate)/biomass composite material, which comprises 3 wt% to 57 wt% of chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate), 40 wt% to 94 wt% of biomaterial, 2 wt% to 20 wt% of rosin or a rosin derivative, 0 wt% to 1 wt% of an antioxidant, and 0 wt% to 5 wt%, with the total content of all components being 100 wt%. The chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) acts as a binder, endowing the composite material with heat shrinkage and flowability, and also plays a crucial role in the moisture resistance of the composite material. The rosin or rosin derivative serves as a tackifier and lubricant, and can also improve the moisture resistance and mechanical properties of the composite material. Under the synergistic effect of the above components, the composite material obtained by the present invention exhibits excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance. In addition, the composite material contains a large proportion of biomass material, resulting in low cost; moreover, no formaldehyde, benzene or other harmful substances are used in the raw materials, leading to excellent environmental friendliness.
